I lost the link to my training
You don’t need it. Go to the home page, enter the email address you registered with, and sign in — that always takes you back to your training path, with everything you have completed intact.
I forgot my password
Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a link to set a new one. The link works once and expires after an hour, so use it when you get it. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your junk folder first, then get in touch and we’ll reset it for you.
I used this training before and never had a password
Accounts carried over from our previous system didn’t use passwords. The first time you enter your email address we’ll ask you to choose one; from then on you sign in with it. Your completed modules and certificates are unchanged.
I picked the wrong role
Open your training path and choose “Change my role”. Your completed modules and certificates stay exactly as they are; only the list of required modules changes.
My course didn’t save where I left off
Progress saves when you use “Save & exit”, and automatically every twenty seconds while you work. If a course reopens at the beginning, it usually means it was closed with the browser’s X or the tab crashed before a save. Courses carried over from our previous system also restart at the beginning — their completions were preserved, but their mid-course position could not be.
My certificate isn’t showing up
A certificate appears once the course itself reports completion, which can take a moment after the final screen. If a course shows as complete on your path but the certificate button is missing, reopen the course and let it close properly with “Save & exit”.
Can I take the modules in Spanish?
Yes. Every module is available in English and Spanish, and you can switch per course from your training path. Finishing a module in either language counts as finishing it.
Do I have to take them in order?
The modules build on each other, so we recommend an order and mark what’s up next — but nothing is locked. You can start any module whenever you like.
